In short

Fine jewellery travels without marking, without announcement and without intermediaries. We run discreet links between Place Vendôme, the ateliers of Geneva and Zurich, the Antwerp diamond district and the houses of Milan, in an unmarked dedicated vehicle, hand to hand.

Why a dedicated vehicle for this type of goods

In this market, security rests first on discretion: an unidentifiable vehicle, an unannounced route, a single known driver, no warehouse stop. Every transhipment multiplies the number of people aware of the existence and location of the piece.

We carry fine jewellery pieces, collectors' watches, loose stones, client orders and exhibition pieces between Parisian houses, their ateliers, their boutiques and their clients. The journey is made in one run, with loading and unloading in a private area (courtyard, car park, security airlock). The most requested routes are Paris ↔ Geneva, Paris ↔ Zurich, Paris ↔ Antwerp and Paris ↔ Milan.

The situations we handle most often

Every job starts from a different emergency. These are the cases that come up most in this field.

Atelier ↔ house link

Return trip between the Paris house and the setting, polishing or restoration atelier, in France or Switzerland.

Delivery to a private client

Handover of an order to a client, at their hotel or home, with total discretion and a named handover.

Exhibition pieces and trade shows

Pieces taken to a watch fair, an auction or an exhibition, then collected at closing.

Loose stones and parcels

Transport between Antwerp, Paris and the ateliers, with accompanying documentation supplied by the sender.

Watches in after-sales service

Sent to the manufacture for servicing and the piece returned to the owner or the boutique.

Fine watchmaking boutique restock

Transfer of a piece between two points of sale to meet an immediate client request.

Frequently asked questions — Jewellery

Answers to the questions our clients ask before entrusting us with a job.

What is discreet jewellery transport?
It is moving a valuable piece in an unidentifiable vehicle, driven by a single driver, on an unannounced route and with no warehouse stop. Discretion comes before everything: the fewer people who know the parcel exists and where it is, the safer the transport. Handover is made hand to hand, to a named person.
Is the vehicle unmarked and the transport discreet?
Yes. The vehicle carries no mention of the contents. The client's name and the nature of the piece are known only to the assigned driver and the job manager. We favour loading in a private area to avoid any visible handling on the public road.
How long from Paris to Geneva or Antwerp?
About 6 h 15 to Geneva and 4 hours to Antwerp, door to door and without stopping. An end-of-day departure allows handover the next morning when the atelier or manufacture opens.
How do the formalities for Switzerland work?
Switzerland is outside the European Union: the piece must travel with an ATA carnet, a temporary export declaration or a pro forma invoice drawn up by your export team. We present that file at the customs office and confirm the crossing.
What level of insurance covers the goods?
Our carrier liability is covered by our professional insurance, whose limits do not match fine jewellery values. For these jobs the piece must be covered by an ad valorem policy taken out by the house or its broker, which is standard practice in the sector.
Do you provide an escort or guard?
We provide transport in a dedicated vehicle with a single driver. We are not a cash-in-transit company: we do not provide an armed guard or an armoured vehicle. For values at that level, a licensed valuables carrier remains the right solution.
Is the handover made only to a named person?
Yes. The piece is handed over only to the designated recipient, on presentation of identity documents if you ask for it, with a time-stamped, geolocated photo sent immediately.
What does a Paris–Geneva or Paris–Antwerp transport cost?
Roughly €1,450 for Geneva and €921 for Antwerp one way, on the kilometre rate of €2.63/km. A same-day return trip can be simulated in the calculator.
Can you wait during an appraisal or a presentation?
Yes: the driver stays available during the appointment and leaves with the piece. Waiting is charged at the prefecture hourly rate and confirmed when the quote is agreed.
Do you operate during watch fairs and auctions?
Yes, in particular around Watches and Wonders in Geneva and the Paris and London sales. These slots are in high demand, so book as early as possible.
Do you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, we are happy to sign an NDA provided by your house before the job, as well as a named mission order if your internal procedure requires it.
What if nobody can receive it on arrival?
The driver calls you before arriving. Depending on your instruction, they wait on site at the prefecture hourly rate, hand the goods to a person you designate, leave them at a secure reception or return with them. Nothing is ever left without your approval, and the return trip is only invoiced if it takes place.
Do you also run the route the other way?
Yes, all our routes are operated in both directions at the same kilometre rate. We collect in the French regions or in Europe and deliver in Île-de-France, in particular to the Roissy CDG cargo areas, La Défense and Paris head offices. Just give us the collection address: only the distance actually driven counts.

What a taxi carries — and what it does not

We are a prefecture-licensed taxi service, not a freight company. Saying so plainly saves you a pointless call, and saves us accepting a job we could not honour.

✅ What we take

  • Documents, original deeds, data media
  • Parcels and cases that can be handled without lifting equipment
  • Flight cases, trunks, garment bags on hangers, jewellery boxes
  • Suitcases and luggage — up to six to eight pieces
  • Sealed insulated boxes supplied by the sender
  • Parts and cartons up to about 1.80 m long

❌ What belongs with a carrier

  • Full pallets and shrink-wrapped goods
  • Machines, engines, bulky furniture
  • Anything requiring a tail lift, pallet truck or forklift
  • Dangerous goods falling under ADR
  • House moves, even partial ones
  • Shipments requiring a goods transport licence

If your need falls outside this scope we tell you on the first call and point you to a suitable carrier. A taxi that costs you half a day is not doing you a favour.

An urgent delivery to arrange right now?

One call is enough to start the job. We drive 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in France and Europe — no transfer of goods, no sorting hub, no deposit.
